New Parts: New parts are taken directly from sealed sets and sorted into storage bags/bins, and are only exposed to minimal handling, even new parts can still have imperfections escpecially transluscent pieces.

Used Parts: Are used and NOT new. 100% functional but may have signs of age and wear from play.  Some parts may have... (stickers, scratches, small bitemarks, may be oxidized etc.)

Orders: Orders are generally shipped withing a couple business days of being placed. Please allow extra time for larger orders (50+ lots)

Insufficient Stock: We strive to maintain an accurate inventory and to completely fill all orders. We reserve the right to issue either a credit or a partial refund in rare cases where we have insufficient inventory to completely fill an order.

Order Discrepancies: If you notice a discrepancy with an order upon receiving it, contact us and we will either issue a partial refund or send out any substitute/replacement pieces immediately.

We Ship to the buyers PayPal CONFIRMED address ONLY for Tracking and Insurance reasons !!!!

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Florida (USA) will be charged a state sales tax of 6.5%.

Customs Valuation: We accurately represent order contents and values on international customs forms.

Customs and VAT Fee: Any fee that your country charges when you import a package is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.

*Re-Stocking Fees:  If we agree to cancel an order, the customer will be required to pay a 25% re-stocking fee for the time wasted to pull the parts from inventory, and then re-enter them back into inventory again.
